Okay well perhaps not that exciting or even that wild for the west! BUT I will freely admit that moving x-country will change your perspective on a few things in life. As many of you know my family and I just completed our treck from warm and wonderful San Antonio, Texas to sunny California where the cows really are happier! The proof is in the creamiest ice cream from the local farmers, the brightest strawberries and the greenest rolling hills, only to be topped by the coldest pacific water. California is full of pleasant surprises and it is not all filled with glitterly gold, bright lights and movie stars... we moved to the one of the prettiest country sides on the coast. It is truly a small country town full of welcome mats and good ol' new friends, it really reminds me of the Midwest culture with the look of New England. Orcutt is a comfortable little village of old west buildings. I believe that you could really only get it if you visited here.
So I bet you are wondering why is Dawn bloggin, well I really wat to stay in touch with my friends & family and to share some great scrapbooking ideas with you coast to coast as my business is expanding and my motivation to recapture balance and success is soaring leaps and bounds with all of this fresh ocean air swirling about.
